Physical Appearance: With dark hair, small features and a pug nose, Pansy is short (at about 5'2") and often described as "adorable" and "cute". She knows how to take advantage of what she has, and could be considered vain.
Personality: Pansy may look cute, but truly she's a spoiled brat, quite bitchy, and very much used to getting her way. She uses her appearance to her advantage, and is careful to make her "evil plans" very secret and cunning. She considers physical violence vulgar and avoids it to keep her appearance. Still, she isn't against verbally berating anyone in public or using a few well placed hexes.
Brief History: Pansy is, basically, a spoiled, pureblood aristocrat. Her mother loves to entertain and flaunt their wealth. She dotes upon her only child and likes to dress her up and make her act the part of the perfect child. Her father spoils her, but understands that she schemes and plans and values her more than her mother. Pansy lives for "high society" and has over the years climbed the Slytherin social ladder so that now she enjoys a position of power and prestige in her house. She doesn't have true feelings for Draco, but flirts with him often and likes to hang off his arm because it fits with the appearance she wants to project of a helpless girl leeching off others.
Other Info: Though Pansy sees herself as the leader of her age group, her father is just another of Voldemort's inner circle, and is slowly falling in the ranks of Death Eaters. This year he has told his family they must do everything they can to impress the Dark Lord so they can gain importance in his eyes.
